Symptoms

Daily flare-ups, worse in the evening. Itch level 6/10. No fever.

Timeline

  • Month 1
    First symptoms — assumed allergic reaction.

    Seen by GP, referred to dermatologist.

    Skin clear. Maintaining routine.

What helped

CBT + boundaries + reduced screen time

What did not help

Steroid creams (rebound). Cutting gluten alone. Random supplements.
